Shipping Rates will be calculated according to weight and the destination of the delivery.

Our website (store.Thyme and More.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present

THYME AND MORE's products are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product(s) in general.
If you have an issue with your order, please send an email to Info@thymeandmore.com our Customer Care Service prior to any action. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. We do not offer cash refunds unless in rare cases we feel it is right to do so.
Exchanges (if applicable)
